Yale Gift Credit
If you care about Jewish life at Yale, and if Yale Credit is important to you, there are opportunities to direct your Yale gift to Yale Hillel, and still support the programs funded by Slifka Center.
Yale Hillel is a student organization that operates under Yale’s Office of Student Life and is technically separate from Slifka Center (but works in close collaboration on programming and community building). Gifts to student organizations at Yale are eligible for Yale Credit.
Student organization funds are controlled by students with no input from staff. However, students may direct their funds to Slifka Center to pay for various expenses, such as free Shabbat Dinner for those not on a meal plan, holiday celebrations and more.
