Minyan Schedule

Every weekday, the YIHY minyan meets for shacharit, minchah, and ma’ariv. The minyan also meets for all Shabbat and Yom Tov services. For more information about the minyanim, please contact our gabbaim. If you plan to attend a minyan and are not on the email list, please reach out to one of the gabbaim to ensure that the information below is up to date.

Our calendar contains details and updated information about specific davening times for each day of the school year. The general davening schedule is as follows:

During the Week (and Sunday):


Sun: 9:00 AM
Mon: 7:50 AM
Tues: 8:00 AM
Wed: 8:00 AM
Thurs: 7:50 AM
Fri: 8:00 AM
Note: Rosh Chodesh weekday shacharit always begins at 7:40 AM


Mondays and Wednesdays: 1:00 PM
Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays: 12:30 PM

Sunday through Thursday: 6:30 PM

Shabbat and Yom Tov

Erev Shabbat/Yom Tov:
Minchah: 1:00 PM

Kabbalat Shabbat begins approximately 20 minutes after shkiah and Ma’ariv follow minchah

Shabbat/Yom Tov day:
Shacharit:  9:14 AM
Minchah:  approximately 40 minutes before shkiah
Se’udah sh’lishit: following minchah
Ma’ariv:  a few minutes after tzeit hakochavim
