Sunday, March 13

11 am-1 pm Mishloach Manot (gift bag making and decorating)
It is a mitzvah (commandment) of Purim to give gifts to friends. Drop by Slifka North to make mishloach manot, gift bags, to share with friends! Come by anytime to decorate and fill gift bags, and take them with you to hand out on Purim.

Tuesday, March 15

6-8 pm Nasheem Hamentaschen Bake in the Benjamin Franklin Student Kitchen
Join Nasheem, Slifka’s Jewish womxn’s group, to bake hamantaschen (Purim pastries)! No need to RSVP.

Wednesday, March 16

7:40 pm Egal and YIHY Megillah Readings
On Purim, we read the Megillah, the Scroll of Esther. Come to hear the Megillah and get ready to use your graggers (noise makers). Costumes highly encouraged!

8:30 pm Community-wide Dinner and Purim Celebration
Join us for a festive meal of sushi and poke bowls and, of course, some hamantaschen. Costumes highly encouraged!

12:30-1:30 pm Reform Mishloach Manot (gift bag making and giving) on Cross Campus
It is a mitzvah (commandment) of Purim to give gifts to friends. Drop by Cross Campus to make mishloach manot, gift bags, to share with friends! Come by anytime to decorate and fill gift bags, and take them with you to hand out on Purim. We’ll also have a make-your-own gragger (noise maker) set up. Happy Purim from the Reform Chavurah at Slifka!
