Krav Maga First Practice

Krav Maga is a martial art developed by the Israeli military, focusing on physical fitness, mental awareness, and practical self-defense. As opposed to other martial arts, Krav Maga takes a less formal, whatever-it-takes approach. Our lessons incorporate elements of calisthenics, kickboxing, and defense simulation in addition to Krav Maga practice. Come learn to defend yourself and stay fit!
